Returns Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is:

    • Damaged or defective

    • Incorrect or not as described

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used skincare and beauty products.


📩 How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at support@silketouch.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

  • Reason for return

We will review your request and provide instructions within 1–2 business days.


💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and received (if required), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

  • Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used items

  • Final sale or discounted items

  • Items returned without prior approval


Order Cancellations & Address Changes

  • Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, we cannot guarantee changes, as orders are processed quickly.

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
