How do I place an order on SilkéTouch?
Simply browse our products, add your favorites to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Your order will be confirmed via email once placed successfully.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options displayed at checkout.
Will I receive tracking info?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your package in real time.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes — but only within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, we begin processing and can’t guarantee any changes.

How long does delivery take?
